Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing any TradeOS product (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

TradeOS AI agents provide on-demand insights by connecting to professional APIs and data sources.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and provide a valid email. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login.

4. Plans, Fees, Refunds

Pricing is published on the Service. Charges are billed monthly in USD. Refunds: cancel within 7 days of the first payment for a full refund; afterward, cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Your Content & Conduct

You may upload code or prompts (“User-Generated Content”). You retain ownership. You warrant you have rights to that content and it doesn’t violate law. You, not TradeOS, are responsible for moderating or removing unlawful user content in the software you build with our platform.

6. License to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process your User-Generated Content solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All TradeOS software, docs and trademarks are our property. Using the Service doesn’t grant you any IP rights except the limited license above.

8. Availability & Modifications

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose). Any AI-generated analysis or output provided by TradeOS is for informational and research purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; you should carefully consider your objectives and risk tolerance, and understand that past performance is not indicative of future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradeOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the past twelve months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TradeOS harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your User-Generated Content.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
